Designing Woman Storyline
On a vacation, sports journalist Mike meets designer Marilla. They fall in love and marry right away. However back at home they realize that they're living in different worlds and know nothing about each other and exes and angry mobsters get in the way of their happily ever after though.

- In the rehearsal scene 'Dolores Gray' (qv) sings "Music is Better than Words", a song that she originally performed in _It's Always Fair Weather (1955)_ (qv).
- 'James Stewart (I)' (qv) and 'Grace Kelly (I)' (qv) were intended to be the co-stars of this movie, but when Kelly became betrothed to 'Prince Rainier of Monaco' (qv), Stewart decided not to do it (a decision he later said he regretted), and the leading roles went to 'Gregory Peck' (qv) and 'Lauren Bacall' (qv).
